Sukoon Helpline Supervisor I, II, III- Hiring for Summer of 2024
Sukoon Helpline Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing and managing respondents of the Sukoon Helpline during its hours of operation. They will oversee the day-to-day administration and overseeing of helpline operations which includes supporting respondents as needed, handling escalated calls/texts, monitoring calls/text conversation, staffing and scheduling, and generating reports and statistics for manager review. This is a paid position.
Experience in a leadership role or relevant experience in the Mental Health field.
Volunteer Positions
Sukoon Helpline Respondent- Hiring Volunteers for Summer of 2024
Sukoon Helpline Respondents will be responsible for responding to text messages and calls via the Helpline communication platform with the purpose of providing emotional support, de-escalating crisis situations and providing appropriate referrals and resources to clients during helpline operating hours.
Must be 18 years of age to apply.
Time Commitment: 25-30 hours of training and 1 shift per week.

The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation of all of the organization’s marketing and communications, and public relations activities.
Majoring in Marketing or relevant experience
Development Internship- Hiring for Summer Internship
The Development Intern will be responsible for helping enhance the organization's fundraising efforts. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at supporting and improving the organization's ability to secure funding.
Bachelor’s degree or in school for development, finance, marketing or relevant experience.
Event Coordinating Internship- Hiring for Summer Internship
The Events Coordinator Intern will play a crucial role in planning and executing educational events and training sessions that promote Sukoon’s mission.
Experience in event planning, hospitality, outreach, mental health or a related field.
Community Outreach Internship- Hiring for Summer Internship
The Community Outreach Intern will be instrumental in broadening the organization's influence and effectiveness through diverse strategies.
Enrolled in a relevant field such as communications, social work or public relations.
Marketing & Communications Internship- Hiring for Summer Internship
The Marketing & Communications Intern will be tasked with strategically planning, developing, and executing the organization's marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
Pursing a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a relevant field.
